INTERNET ORDERS
All orders are
sent the same day or the following work day. Orders from the US
are delivered by UPS ground from our delivery center in
Birmingham, Alabama. If cigars are not available in the delivery
center like maduros, we will sent them by airmail from the factory.
Transit time for airmail is about 10 to 14 days to the US and
Europe.
For orders over $200 free EMS Express Mail Service 4 days shipment
If and when
you are in Costa Rica
Our
cigars are available in many hotels and good tobacco shops in
Costa Rica.
However, If you order by phone before noon, your cigars can be
delivered to your Hotel in San Jose the same afternoon if
necessary.
Otherwise the
following day.
Naturally, you are most welcome to visit our tourist center and
facilities in Santiago de Puriscal, half way between San Jose and
Jaco on the Pacific Coast. Taxis cost about $ 40.00 for the return
trip including waiting time at the factory. Comfortable buses
leave every 30 min. from the "Parada del autobus para Puriscal"
and cost only a dollar or so.
Cash Payment
on delivery in US Dollars, Euro or Colones .
We accept Traveler Checks, but credit cards only at the factory.
Shipping Overseas
All boxes and bundles are hermetically sealed. However, it may be
advised to let them rest for 10 days in your humidor.
Shipping
by DHL, UPS or FedEx... for larger quantities or upon request.
Customer
Service Policies
We
guarantee to provide you with a manufacturer-conditioned Product.
Our cigars have been stored in a perfect environment for 3 - 5
months before shipping. If you ever receive a shipment that is
damaged during shipping, or is not to your expectations, please
contact us immediately.
Custom
Overseas customers should be aware that there may be customs duty
to be paid on arrival in their country. However,
up 20 to 50 cigars per
shipment are
tolerated or accepted duty free in many countries. Naturally, our
company has no influence over customs regulations, nor can we
accept any responsibility
in this matter.
